Chocolate cake!

For a total non sequitor--here's my favorite recipe for flourless chocolate cake. I opt out of the caramel sauce, and my only advice is to make sure not to overbake it--it's best when just a wee bit underdone. This is super easy and a no-fail crowd pleaser--ultra rich and best when made with high quality semi-sweet chips. Actually, Trader Joe's chips work really well. Enjoy!

Pia, having read your post I've been sitting here chuckling to myself. I've been wondering about just what I'll have to say for a next post and wondering what would be appropriate to share and what not. And then you post this! I just love the completely 'out of left field' feel. Thanks for taking the pressure off me.

LOL Dean. I'm sure we can, er, find some theological implications to this if necessary. Something about affirming the goodness of the created world, or chocolate cake as subtle opposition of gnosticism or some such?

Joking aside, don't feel pressured to post anything other than what comes natural to you--it's your blog, and it's your thoughts we want to hear! :-)

Well, if it's as good as you say it is someone's bound to say it's divine!
